Micro controller based master controllers facilitate complete automation such as operating a gate, controlling a vibrator or valve with adjustable timers. The proportion of different materials in a formulation can be conveniently controlled and programmed through the keyboard. Any kind of ON/OFF logic based on weight as a processing parameter with multiple set points can be custom designed. We offer complete Batching software with PLC or PC integration with mimic panels as per requirement.

Our unique Loadcell mounts greatly isolate all vibrations from the Loadcell caused by stirrers or any other mechanical assemblies. This greatly enhances system performance besides extending the life of the loadcells.
